HPA now includes a powerful Data Collection feature designed to simplify the capture of critical information on Calypso health and process status—essential for analysis by both client teams and Nasdaq Calypso support.

Data is collected across Calypso components and servers and is automatically packaged using naming conventions defined with Nasdaq.

Data Collection can be triggered:

• On demand: One-click trigger from the HPA interface
• Automatically: In response to predefined alerts

Each collection is tailored to the context, with options to include:

• JVM data captured by component family and/or instance
• Complete thread and memory dumps
• Full Calypso logs with specified levels and categories
• Selected configuration files, technical and functional metrics
• Historical data exports for health checks and trend analysis

Fully compatible with both native and custom Calypso components.
