November 2025 / HPA Product Update – Context Tracer
HPA now features an advanced troubleshooting tool for analyzing long or critical processes in depth. The Context Tracer reveals the full technical and functional context of each process execution.
For any key API, method, or request call, HPA offers a configurable mechanism to collect detailed contextual data in real time. A default configuration is provided and can be adapted to client-specific needs.
Key features include:
Automatic capture of stack traces and enriched data for major Calypso objects and extendable to custom code
Recording of functional data such as trade ID, message ID, legal entity, risk analysis, and workflow context
Capture of technical data such as method arguments, return values, and SQL bind parameters

During the two-day event (October 15–16th 2025, Park Hyatt Toronto), the community explored platform modernisation, the impact of AI, macro trends and North American regulatory changes, as well as practical discussions on market execution and industrialising compliance.
We showcased how Hexagon Digital Performance helps institutions monitor and optimise the performance of Calypso, managing complexity to boost system resilience.

Hexagon was proud to participate in the Nasdaq Financial Technology Conference 2025 in London as a Global Technology Partner.
This major industry event brought together key players and innovators in financial technology.
It was a great opportunity for our teams to showcase the Observability solution that Hexagon has developed for Calypso, connect with clients and partners, and engage in high-level discussions about the future of our sector.
HPA now includes a powerful Data Collection feature designed to simplify the capture of critical information on Calypso health and process status—essential for analysis by both client teams and Nasdaq Calypso support.
Data is collected across Calypso components and servers and is automatically packaged using naming conventions defined with Nasdaq.
Data Collection can be triggered:
On demand: One-click trigger from the HPA interface
Automatically: In response to predefined alerts
Each collection is tailored to the context, with options to include:
JVM data captured by component family and/or instance
Complete thread and memory dumps
Full Calypso logs with specified levels and categories
Selected configuration files, technical and functional metrics
Historical data exports for health checks and trend analysis
Fully compatible with both native and custom Calypso components.

Lucie BELBEOCH has not been selected for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as there was only one spot available per discipline.
Although she was very disappointed, she demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination. The day after the news broke, she was back in training, preparing for the world 2024 iQFOiL Games on 18 August in Silvaplana, Switzerland.
We were deeply impressed by her ability to recover and turn a negative event into a positive one.
She serves as an excellent example for all our teams. Hexagon is delighted to continue its partnership with such a talented and inspiring athlete!
